We can advise you in all legal matters related to deceased estates, such as:
- The role and responsibilities of the executor or administrator;
- Transferring assets;
- Obtaining a Grant of Probate;
- Survivorship applications for a husband or wife;
- Dying without a Will (Intestate).
Grant of Probate
If the deceased has left land or substantial financial assets a Grant of Probate may be required.
The Grant of Probate is a legal requirement which provides authority to the Executor of the Estate to deal with the Deceased’s assets under the terms of the Will.
