The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal was created in 1998 to amalgamate fifteen different tribunals under the one single umbrella.
Within VCAT are separate lists which hear the different areas of dispute, with each area enjoying its own set of guidelines and procedure.
We can assist you with matters that are heard by VCAT, by:
- Representation at Mediation or at the VCAT Hearing;
- Obtaining Counsel for advice and/or representation;
- Appeals from VCAT to the Supreme Court (note: only on questions of law).
