An intervention order is an order of a Magistrate to restrict a person’s behaviour in relation to another person.
Such behaviour may include:
- Behaving aggressively towards another
- Approaching the aggrieved person
- Attending at their home or place of employment
- Contacting, harassing, assaulting the aggrieved person
- Damaging property
