  • At FNF we give our members the chance to get more from their workout by introducing them to the benefits of using a Personal Trainer. All new members receive a PT Pack as part of their Start Up fee.

    A PT Pack is a highly motivating experience that consists of 2 x One on One sessions with one of our qualified Personal Trainers. To get started simply book your PT session with your club reception team.

  • Our Personal Trainers prices vary depending on the trainers experience and qualifications. Session prices may start from $35 upwards depending on your location, requested type and duration of training. If you would like further information, please see one of our friendly staff members at reception.

  • We offer virtual group fitness classes at our Charlestown club which are an innovative and exciting range of classes that give you the flexibility to attend any time of day.

  • We provide the following membership options (please note some options are not available at all clubs)

    FNF 6 month & Qmax 6 month: This membership only allows access to your home club. This is the club at which you signed up.

    FNF 12 month & Qmax 12 month: This membership allows access to all FNF gyms in Australia.

    FNF No Commitment & Qmax No Commitment: This membership allows access to all FNF gyms in Australia.

  • Members with a Qmax membership may bring one guest free of charge to use the facilities when they work out at their home club only (Excl. Qmax 6 month Home Membership). Qmax classes are not included for free for the guest.

  • A commitment membership is a 12 or 6 month commitment of fortnightly payments. By committing to this membership type you are rewarded by paying a smaller fortnightly amount.

    A non-commitment membership is a rolling fortnight-to-fortnight membership that runs until we are notified by you to cancel

  • All of our memberships come with a 7 day cooling off period. This allows you to cancel your membership in the first 7 days from your joining date. You will receive an 80% refund of any start up or membership fees paid.

  • Once you sign up you can go straight into the Club that you signed up to during staffed hours and pick up your card from one of our friendly team on reception.

  • You are now a member at FNF.  Come and see us in Club during staffed hours to meet the team, have a tour and grab your new membership card to start working out straight away.

  • We would love to have you back with us. Please ask the friendly team at your nearest Club to find out how you can get signed up again or click HERE to send us your details and we will call you back to discuss your options.

  • To become a member you must be at least 14 years old. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 years then you must have a parent or guardian agree and sign your membership agreement.

    You will not be able to join online so please ask the friendly team at your nearest Club to find out how you can get signed up.

  • You will be provided with an access card when you join. Once you sign up, head to the Club you signed up at during staffed hours and grab your card from our team on Reception.

  • Our Start Up fee is a one off payment when joining that covers your Access Card to give you access to your Club, your membership set up and 2 Personal Training sessions (PT Pack). In order to allow our clubs to go 24 hours and have unstaffed hours we have had to invest in an advance system to allow members access into our Clubs. In order to have such high tech equipment we also need fancy cards that work with the high tech equipment.

  • A Pause option is available on all membership types. A pause on memberships is available in fortnightly blocks with a minimum of 1 fortnight and a maximum of 6 fortnights. If you are currently in a commitment period and you take a pause then your commitment period will extend for the additional length of any pause taken. A fee will be charged for each pause made.

    If you would like to put your Membership on hold you can have a chat to a team member in person at your Club and they can get you sorted.

  • A minimum of two weeks written notice is required to terminate membership, this needs to be handed in at your local club. This notice is taken from the next available direct debit date. Termination fee may apply if cancelled within the minimum term of a commitment membership.

  • No Commitment Memberships can be cancelled at anytime with 2 weeks written notice without incurring any cancellation fees.

    12 & 6 Month Commitment Memberships will incur a cancellation fee if you do so within the commitment period. More information can be found in our Membership Terms and Conditions by clicking HERE.
